"When coming into the company I had no experience in gaming or F&B industries. The job really was supposed to be a quick make money job, nothing long term. I soon realized that I liked the fast guest oriented atmosphere, started to pick up the trade of bar-tending & what it took to bring in inventory. This enterprise slowly but surely gave me a career in. Being here almost 10 years has helped me build my management skills as well as my leadership skills, but most of all, it has given me the ability to provide for my son, giving him the childhood that I didn’t have. "

"GRGE has opened so many doors in my life. Shortly before I began for GRGE, my brother passed away. I found myself falling into a deep depression and struggling to make ends meet. The job I had was barely paying above minimum wage, my hours were constantly getting cut and i had no benefits. After getting hired at GRGE, I was finally able to get caught up and pay all of my bills, work on my credit to build a better future and I purchased my first new car! My next goal is to buy a house. Not only has my quality of life improved, but I’ve made many great friendships and acquired knowledge that I will carry with me no matter where life takes me. I am so grateful for all of the opportunities GRGE has given me and I look forward to continuing my career with GRGE and seeing how far I can go."
