Table Games School Enrollment (Internal & GRIC)

Program Overview:

• Eligibility: Open to internal employees in good standing (no disciplinary action within the last 3 months)
  and GRIC members.
• Type: Optional, voluntary, and unpaid.
• Duration: 14 weeks
• Monday, June 22, 2026, with classes scheduled from 12pm to 4pm and 5pm to 9pm.
• Location: Lone Butte Casino

Application Process:

1. Eligibility Check: Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria:

• • Internal Employees: This program is available exclusively to internal employees of the organization.
    To be eligible, internal employees must be in good standing, meaning:
    • Must have 3 months of employment with Gila River Resorts & Casinos
    • No Disciplinary Actions for the past 3 months
    • No more than 4 attendance points
  • GRIC Members: The program is also open to members of the Gila River Indian Community (GRIC).
    
    • Must be an enrolled GRIC member and/or a current team member with Gila River Resorts &
      Casinos
    • Must be able to meet the following gaming license requirements:
      
      • No Theft or Shoplifting convictions
      • No convicted sex offenders
      • No convicted felons
      • No outstanding warrants or tickets except minor traffic tickets

2. Application Submission: To apply, please submit the following:

3. Application Deadline: Submit your application by May 15th. Late applications will not be considered.
4. Selection Process:

• Review: All applications will be reviewed for eligibility and completeness.
• Math Assessment: Complete a math assessment with satisfactory results.
• Interview: Interviews for the Table Games school will be conducted on June 8th. We will
  accept up to 15 applicants from Internal and GRIC Members.
• Notification: Selected applicants will be notified by no later than May 15th with further
  instructions.

5. Participation Requirements:

• Attendance: No more than 3 instances of tardiness or absences during the 14-week session.
  Attendance of at least 4 out of 5 days per week is required.
• Auditions: End of school audition. Exceptional candidates may audition earlier pending
  approval Note: Candidates are not guaranteed a position following completion of Table Games
  School. All candidates are invited to apply for and be considered for future open positions for
  which they qualify.
