Marketing Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
- Develops, creates and applies statistical methods such as data mining, statistical modeling, exploratory data analysis, pattern recognition, and decision analysis to make recommendations regarding marketing and business challenges.
- Independently identifies and applies statistical methods to customer database, identifying significant marketing trends and identifying profitable or otherwise desirable customer profile groups in an effort to increase casino patronage.
- Tracks specific events and/or promotions, offers coupons, and patron play in an effort to analyze and make recommendations regarding successful methods to increase patronage.
- Works to increase customer satisfaction by utilizing customer feedback and activity to make appropriate adjustments to enterprise promotions and events.
- Prepares and distributes monthly reports and develops and presents detailed information regarding activity results at regular multi-property and corporate marketing meeting.
- Maintains and updates customer database and website as appropriate.
- Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness.
- Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
Skills/ Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Econometrics or related field preferred.
- Experience gathering and analyzing market data required.
- Gaming experience in a marketing administrative or customer facing role preferred.
- Public relations, written and verbal communication, skills are required.

- Must have intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and agree to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace as a condition of employment.
- Must pass a full background check to be certified/licensed prior to employment.
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
- Must possess excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, a self-staffer with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as well as to gain the cooperation of guests, employees, and fellow team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- This position must have, or an ability to acquire within one year, an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Enterprise Policies and Procedures, governmental regulations, and technical rules relevant to their responsibilities.
