Pay Rate: $22.50  per an Hour

The HR Services Coordinator provides frontline support for key HR processes, serving as a primary resource for team members and leaders navigating onboarding, job changes, and other employee lifecycle transactions. This role ensures data accuracy, timely processing, and a positive experience for end users across the enterprise. Unlike an HRIS-focused position, this role centers on HR service delivery and support—not system configuration or technical maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

HR Transactional Support

  • Process employee lifecycle changes in the HR system including hires, transfers, promotions, separations, and job changes.
  • Maintain personnel records in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Monitor workflows to ensure timely approval and processing of actions.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and completeness.

Onboarding & Pre-Hire Coordination

  • Prepare offer letters and manage background check and onboarding tasks.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation logistics and assist new hires with system access and forms completion.
  • Act as the primary contact for new hires and hiring managers during the pre-hire and onboarding period.
  • Ensure completion of all required documents including I-9, E-Verify, and required acknowledgments.

End User Support

  • Provide responsive, courteous support to team members and managers using HR systems and tools.
  • Answer routine inquiries related to HR processes, policies, or status of transactions.
  • Escalate more complex issues to the HR Services Manager or appropriate HR team members.
  • Assist with training materials, FAQs, and process documentation for end users.

Compliance & Process Accuracy

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in employee records, documentation, and system data.
  • Support documentation of leaves, accommodations, and other compliance-related actions.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for data entry and processing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR data.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

·         High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field preferred.

·         1–3 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or employee services.

·         Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

·         Working knowledge of HR practices and basic understanding of employment regulations.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS platforms preferred.

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·         Experience in a high-volume, multi-site environment.

·         Familiarity with UKG, Workday, or similar HR platforms.

·         Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
