Corporate Surveillance Systems Project Manager

Salary: Depending on Experience (DOE)
This position is responsible for managing, directing and coordinating installation of surveillance systems hardware and software for the Enterprise and personally performs the following duties or through subordinate staff, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
- Manages the activities and performance of all surveillance systems project management, system installation and directing surveillance systems technicians for installed work. Provides technical support, expertise, leadership and accountability for all installed projects.
- Manage departmental low voltage systems installations including but not limited to; systems installation, input on systems design on the surveillance hardware/software.
- Translates business/customer needs to business solution.
- Establishes strategic plan to utilize the latest technologies.
- Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness.
- Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly manages the Surveillance Systems Technicians. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering preferred.
- Experience in electronics or casino surveillance which involved installation, repair, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of surveillance digital systems equipment preferred.
- Knowledge and skills in surveillance digital systems and its components, installation practices, PoE networking, cable management, fiber optics, conduit runs, testing IR equipment preferred.
- Management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to design, review and modify CAD drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write reports and correspondence.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- This position must have, or an ability to acquire within one year, an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Enterprise Policies and Procedures, governmental regulations, and technical rules relevant to their responsibilities.
