ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Strategic implementation, execution, and analysis of omni-channel loyalty campaigns
  • Customer lifecycle maintenance and analysis
  • Manages all casino direct mail, email, SMS, and player development  programs to include the following:
  1. Creates program pro forms
  2. Proposes criteria and counts
  3. Executes list pulls
  4. Controls standardization of copy, offer design, and structure.
  5. Control accuracy of all content and datafiles.
  6. Evaluates programs and determines the most effective criteria and offer tactics.
  7. Manages proofing, validation, and drop dates.
  8. Controls, maintains, and updates player offer matrix based on pre-defined reinvestment criteria including frequent test and control statistical analysis.
  9. Maintains and tracks direct mail forecast and budget
  10. Suggests data modeling to find the best way to class customers in an RFM model.
  11. Uses SQL or other methods of querying to aggregate customer values and structures data in preparation for marketing list creation. 
  12. Support ETL process between various data sources
  13. Manages the marketing database specifics including hygiene, redemption parameters, and analysis.
  14. Addresses all guest inquiries regarding direct mail and offer structures.
  15. Creates and trends the redemption analysis for all marketing promotions and offers
  16. Manages the day-to-day activities of the Direct Marketing Coordinators.
  17. Promotes the highest degree of quality customer service, both internally and externally.
  18. Responsible for mentoring and developing Pathways Mentorship Program participants to successfully transition to management level positions.
  19. Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness.
  20. Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervises multiple employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; address complaints and resolving problems.

 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  •  High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics or related degree program preferred. 
  •  Experience in database management or engineering required. 
  •  Experience in marketing, events or promotional field experience preferred. Supervisory/management experience preferred.
  •  Knowledge of database marketing principles and systems; analytical, financial and operational reporting required.
  •  Experience in SQL, data modeling and ETL process required.
  •  Must have strong database skills with excellent leadership in organizational, communication, human relations, decision-making and creative problem-solving skills.
  •  Knowledge of direct mail processes in their entirety.
  •  Extensive knowledge of gaming industry.

  • Must possess excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, a self-starter with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • This position must have, or an ability to acquire within one year, an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Enterprise Policies and Procedures, governmental regulations, and technical rules relevant to their responsibilities.
