We are seeking motivated Cooks of all experience levels to prepare high-quality hot and cold food items across our restaurant outlets and team member dining areas. What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items using standardized recipes and techniques
- Work across multiple kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Live the GILA WAY: Greet, Interact, Listen, Appreciate our guests
- Support kitchen operations including prep, stocking, and cleanliness
What We're Looking For
- Restaurant, catering, or culinary experience preferred (all levels encouraged to apply)
- Knowledge of basic to advanced cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Strong teamwork, communication, and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
